Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

• Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any U.S. federal court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
